Our online collaboration system constitutes a common work tool for everyone actively involved in your project.

It enables you to use numerous functions: real-time monitoring of your projects, viewing and downloading PDF documents, online confirmation or rejection, working directly on your files (inclusion of amendments, corrections, etc.), secure storage and archiving of your data, sharing your documents with specified people according to defined rights or also collaborative discussions via an online Chat tool.

• Web interface for secure file transfer:

This tool facilitates our exchanges by enabling you to send numerous files, even if they are very large, to the person of your choice in a secure way: you can send up to 500 MB of files, including from your own mailbox.

Diadem has a graphics chain with full calibration in terms of colour.

We offer you the possibility of using our various proofing and imagesetting systems to ensure perfect reproducibility of your files, whatever processes and printing are used:

PROOFING :  

• Dupont Cromalin digital :

The DuPont Cromalin digital proofs are calibrated with respect to the CMJN Eurostandard (Brunner range) and printed on Dupont certified paper (A2 format). Published using an "inkjet" printer fed with GE inks, they offer very precise reproduction of all ranges. The colour profiles can be customised depending on the printers we work with.

• KODAK Approval :

This proofing system enables you to produce half-tone proofs, calibrated with respect to the CMJN Eurostandard (Brunner range) and published on real A2 format substrates: paper, cardboard, transparent film, silver foil, etc.
To meet your most stringent requirements, Kodak Approval proofs can be high-resolution printed (2540 dpi), whether in stochastic screen or multicolour processing.

• EPSON 7800/7900 - GMG Color Proofs: 

Using the Epson 7800 system, you can print on certified paper with a "customisable" format (rolls with a width of 61 cm), proofs calibrated according to the profile defined with the printer, whether half-tone or not. Coupled with the GMG RIP, this latest generation tool enables you to obtain a high-quality colour rendering.

• HP 5500 Plotter : 

These tools, which generate uncalibrated hardcopy printouts on large format paper (130 x 170 cm), are an ideal solution for proofing your large mock-ups and your POS advertising.

• PDF / LIVECO interface: 

We also offer virtual proofs as PDF files that can be viewed and downloaded via our LiveCo collaborative platform. In this way you have proofs that can easily be remotely accessed. The RTI (Real Time Image) technology enables you to zoom in on all or part of the design, while maintaining very high quality resolution.

IMAGE SETTING:

Diadem has one imagesetter at its disposal to produce your Offset and Flexo printing films Heidelberg Herkules.

This imagesetting system enables publishing of films with 18/100" thickness

Conversion of your digital files into rasterised files is provided by a full range of RIP controllers: DuPont Cromanet 4.5.2, Kodak Harlequin 5.5, Epson GMG 4.1.11, etc.

We work with a full range of professional software. The packages are specially designed for all applications linked to virtual imaging and are benchmark tools that are recognised and can be used by everyone involved in the graphic arts sector.

• Autodesk Maya (with Mental Ray, Maxwell render, Poser 7 plug-ins): modelling, animation, mapping and 3D rendering,

• 3DS MAX

• Catia (software developed by Dassault): 3D design,

• After effect: video editing, compositing and post-production special effects,

• Adobe Creative CS3 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign): DTP, CAD, image retouching, creation of graphics,

• Subdo: creation of 3D PDF files.

In terms of hardware, our "Imaging" computer graphic designers use both IT standards, Macintosh and PC: we are equipped with 4 Pentium 4 PCs, a Macintosh Apple G5 computer, a Wacom Pen Tablet and a full high-performance range of Render Farm equipment enabling optimisation of rendering calculations.

To obtain plates of impeccable quality, Diadem also has a top of the range digital photography studio: ROLLEI camera that guarantees accuracy to one tenth, 16-megapixel sensor and realistic light sources.

Diadem has a wide range of equipment for the purpose of ensuring the protection of your data. We can therefore provide secure archiving and backup of your information using:

• two secure servers, set up on separate premises,
• two secure storage systems of a "fireproof cabinet" type.

Our secure servers are located on two separate sites and enable you to save your files in real time in two storage areas that are physically differentiated.

If there is a major problem, a system has been set up to save all your information and to restart activities on another site.

Our storage systems, which have a several Tera capacity, also provide you with the guarantee of being able to archive and backup all your data.
